At Kuzods, we understand that sometimes plans change, and products may not meet your expectations. Whether you need to cancel an order or return an item, we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

• Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 3 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.
• Cancellation: Please cancel your placed order within 3 days of receiving the order for a full refund.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a return label and promptly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
